Every day at Powerlinx is an exciting one, but these past few weeks have been especially crazy. Ever since our launch into the public beta, it’s been a whirlwind and we couldn’t be happier with the turnout. It’s hard to pick just one great accomplishment, but personally seeing Powerlinx across the front page of VentureBeat as the Top Story was a highlight.
A huge thank you goes out to Eric Blattberg for doing such a great job at presenting a thorough understanding of our company.
Actually, we’ve had a few articles recently in the media. Click on the press sources below to check them out.
This past week we passed another milestone of having 2k members on the site. There have been hundreds of Linx posted since our private beta launch in November, and since then we have been able to connect and introduce hundreds of business leaders across over 80 countries around the globe. Thank you to Michael Kann, CEO of New England Miniature Ball and one of our early pilot members, for being a part of our press release telling stories of his successes with the matches he found through Powerlinx.
New New New.
If you’re a Powerlinx member, you’ve definitely noticed our new layout for your homepage once you login, with the use of our new tiles. If you haven’t signed up yet (you should by clicking here) you can get a sneak peek of the tiles on our landing page at Powerlinx.com. Recently we’ve had the opportunity to create and begin implementing some awesome new features to the site that will be rolling out in the coming weeks.
Some of the changes you’ll be able to see include:
- – Continual redesign of your homepage
- – Easier first time sign on process
- – More options for user feedback – so we know exactly what you need next
- – New introduction process – we won’t introduce you to a match until both parties are interested
- – New updates to our matching engine allowing it to learn more and more about your company’s strategic goals without feeling intrusive
Want to be involved?
With all of this new buzz around Powerlinx in the media, we would love to feature some of our members! We’re going to be doing mini stories on this blog, promoting companies through social channels, and we’ll have the opportunity to feature some success stories of our members in press articles. Of course, we need your permission first. If you or someone you know on Powerlinx would be interested in these opportunities, please reach out here. You can shoot me an email at [email protected] to find out more.
