Dear Mr Sir/Madam We introduce ourselves as National Pride Trading 619 (pty) ltd represented by the writer, Andrew Schoeman, Ceo/Founder Tony Broughton, Financial/Commercial manager. We have exclusive distribution rights to market and distribute well known branded products from Western Europe, Scotland, Mexico and America throughout Africa, and other regions in the world. The products in question include whisky, Tequila, and energy drinks (Hallal cert) along with Energy- Vodka related spirit coolers and an Ultra – premium 5x filtered and 5x distilled Vodka. All items are Double gold and lower medal winners over the past 3 years. Furthermore, these world class ranges as per above are available –Ultra-Premium respectively – 5x distilled, gluten free. Tequila in the top ten best sellers in the world. We are anxious in resourcing a distributor for our products throughout West, Central and East Africa along with and including the UAE, with a view to gaining exclusivity within the suggested countries to be confirmed on the wholesale, retail and Horeca industries.. The criteria on which we will consider a prospective distributor are as follows: - the distributor is a bona fide company, compliant in all respects; tax, vat, registrar of companies, registered and licensed to trade with beverages as mentioned above and verified by Moore Stephens or an associate of the company, - the distributor is adequately capitalized, or has access to funding to meet our trading terms which are 50% on order and the balance (50%) before shipment (bill of lading), until a respectable relationship has been sealed. – Trade finances eg the ability to raise confirmed and irrevocable Letters of Credit in favor of our Bankers here in South Africa eventually. Our suppliers supply us exactly the same terms until such time that an association is created. Knowledge of import tariffs and duties associated with the above products and certifications thereof within the African countries of concern. Accordingly, we turn to you as opposed to our local Trade Mission as you are likely to have a first – hand view on whether you have the appetite for such a distributorship arrangement, can a test to the pedigree of your customers and hopefully can rapidly identify clients of yours that will be able to market and stock these items. This forms part of reciprocal business as our Auditors are Moore Stephens (PMB) – Russell Thomas who are based throughout Africa. Look forward to your urgent attention pertaining to the above.
