We can take your product concept and turn it into a 3D design. Once the 3D design is complete and approved by you, we can go to the next step of designing and manufacturing a mold for your product. No part is too complex: we have manufactured very small and very large molds and sizes in between, Injection or Blow Molding. As the art of mold making is shrinking in the US, DaMar Plastics maintains the expertise to meet all of your needs. We have injection molding presses from 85 to 720 tons, and two color machines in 500 and 750 tons. This allows us to mold most parts from very small to large. We can also provide Over-Molding, Insert Molding and Insert Fabrication. In addition to our customer design, mold manufacturing and Injection & Blow Molding capabilities we also provide assembly and secondary operations up to and including fulfillment.
