Its offer comprises computers, peripherals, components for Personal Computers (PC), memory carriers, network hardware and software, telecommunication products and other electronic equipment of approximately 280 worldwide brands. The Company operates two warehouses, located in Warsaw and Sosnowiec. The Company is active on distribution markets of Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Lithuania. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated four wholly owned subsidiaries, ABC Data sro (the Czech Republic), ABC Data sro (Slovakia), UAB ABC Data Lietuva and ABC Data Marketing Sp. z o.o., as well as 51%-owned SCOP Computers SA. As of September 11, 2012, MCI Venture Projects Spolka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnoscia spolka komandytowo-akcyjna is a major shareholder of the Company.
