Accommodation could be regular or transient for individual or group. It has a security guard that secures the place 24/7. Parking is of no problem. Staffs are accommodating and friendly. It is located in a friendly and peaceful neighborhood of 5th – 7th streets, Nazareth at the back of South City Central School. Practically it is 5 to 15 minutes away from St. Agustin Cathedral, Divisoria (center of the city), Xavier University, Lim Ket Kai Mall, Gaisano Mall, Capitol University, SM City and 20 to 30 minutes to the Airport and Bus Terminals. It has 8 air conditioned rooms located on its 2nd floor. Each room can accommodate 4 to 6 persons. It has its own toilet and bath, cabinet and drawer with lock and key for each occupant. The dormitory has 4 non aircon rooms on the 3rd floor. Each room can accommodate 6 to 12 persons. Rooms are provided with wall fans and cabinet with lock and key for each occupants. A common toilet and bath is provided for the boarders. Other amenities includes, cable TV, Laundry, and Free Wi-Fi
