FMD provides High-quality precision CNC machining on a new VF4SS Super-Speed Vertical Machining Center; 50" x 20" x 25" (1270 x 508 x 635 mm), 40 taper, 30 hp vector drive, 12,000 rpm, inline direct-drive, high-speed 24+1 side-mount tool changer, with Wireless Intuitive Probe system. Currently specializing in milling. We pride ourselves on the accuracy and On-time delivery of every part we make. • Extremely rapid product delivery…typically 1-10 days • Prototype and low-volume production…1 to 1000 pcs • Complex 3D surface geometries, and drafted geometry • CNC Machining of parts designed to be either cast or injection molded • CNC Machining of billet and castings • On-machine verification and inspection with Renishaw touch-probe technology
