Domfoam Inc (originally known as Dominion Foam Corp.) was founded in 1963 by a young entrepreneur, Saul Pomerantz. From its humble beginnings, operating from a small garage the company has evolved into a major player in the Canadian flexible foam industry. In 1991 the company was sold to a group of outside investors. Ownership changed hands a few years later in a management buyout. In 2012, the company's assets were purchased by a private investor committed to maintaining the long-term success of the company. Domfoam currently manufactures and fabricates a full line of polyurethane foam products primarily for use in the furniture and bedding industries.
