Kix 4 Chix is a ladies non-competitive kickboxing program. And it is unlike anything you have ever tried! Kix 4 Chix is for EVERY woman; age, fitness level, weight does not matter. Weight loss, all over muscle toning, increased strength, better flexibility, more balance, stress release and greater self esteem are only some of the benefits! You can burn over 1000 calories per hour! These classes are intense! You do get to hit heavy bags, kickshields, speed bags and focus mitts. There is no sparring, no belts and no testing, we prefer to keep the stress out of your stress relief. Come try a class!
