TexBel is a vertically integrated agribusiness production and exporting platform based in Belize, Central America. We formed TexBel to help satisfy the surging world-wide demand for fresh citrus and fresh, premium coconut water. Our farm is located in the prime agricultural region of Belize, Central America—the Stann Creek District. Stann Creek is world-renowned for its soil, rainfall and climate, where we enjoy about 175 inches of rain annually and where the temperature ranges between 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit. These conditions are ideal for growing citrus and coconuts and many other crops. We are instituting a system on the farm of “Good Agricultural Practices” that will result in a product that meets the highest quality standards. In 2015, the Government of Belize granted TexBel a 20-year Export Processing Zone license covering the processing and packing of products destined for export markets. TexBel Processors Investors, Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, conducts all EPZ operations on 10 fenced acres on our farm. The EPZ license allows TexBel to operate duty-free and tax-free. We have also received the Global G.A.P. Certification. Global Gap is an internationally recognized standard for farm production.
