We first open our business doors May 4, 2012, as we embark upon researching data and information to make our agency one of the most helpful management companies in the industry today. REGISTERED NAME AND CORPORATE STRUCTURE Lyve Peoples Management Is registered as a Limited Liability Corporation in the State of state North Carolina. MISSION STATEMENT It is the duty and full responsibility of the Lyve Peoples Management to provide outstanding representation, consulting, counseling, and public relations to a broad spectrum of entertainers. Our goal and objective is to get talent that is not signed established, heard, and recognized. We are a management agency that manage everybody from rappers, singers, dancers, models, pro fighters, athletes, actors/actress, businesses and the list goes on. BACKGROUND INFORMATION We here at LPM have worked with a host of different people, agencies, vendors and many more just to name a few; Author Marcellus Copeland, Author Tony Crumble, NTS, Team Polo, Dream Team Publishing, TBI Music Group, Entice Mag., BOD MAG., Model Select Agency, C2C Model Scouting, Hood Celebs, Smart Production, BlackTapeEvent, KXEZY, Yung Louie who has recently Massacred YouTube with 1.1 million views with hit song “BANDS” and also a T.C.C event with Grammy Winning songwriter Keli Nicole. Keli has been lending her talents to the music industry for more than a decade, working with artists such as Will Smith, Total, Missy Elliot, Timberland, Angie Stone, Tamia, Michelle Williams, and Beyonce. She earned three Grammy nominations and a Grammy Award for the work she did on Beyonce's song “Déjà Vu” that led to a 2007 Grammy Award. The singer/ songwriter/ producer/ composer is a Virginia Beach native which attended T. C. C. in 2009 and 2010. The list goes on we work hard and play harder. We are also the one of biggest supporters of the non-profit organizations Uniform for kids & Young Women of Society Inc. LYVE MODELS INC. LYVE™Lyve Models are the life source that gives that extra uniqueness to our brand [LYVE]. We have in many ways, explored options to expand, establish and solidify our brand. Due to trial and error Lyve Models Inc was born. Lyve Peoples Management, LLC has formed a modeling company so that our brand [LYVE] would have another avenue to express itself not only through music but modeling & fashion as well. As competitive as the industry is, our models are skilled and will be trained in key areas which gives them an extra edge over other models.Lyve Models gain experience through proper teaching hands-on 1-on-1 with people who are and/ or whom were models, agents, talent seekers, photographers, commercial directors etc. Our mission is to inspire women to pursue respectable careers in the modeling/ fashion industry. MARKETING PLAN Lyve People Management, LLC intends to maintain an extensive marketing campaign that will ensure maximum visibility for the business in its targeted market. Marketing Objectives Establish connections with actors, models, musicians, record labels, music and entertainment executives, and other artists. After the business has been established, continue to build a large referral network through existing client base. Marketing Strategies Lyve Peoples Management, LLC intend to actively solicit artist management, public relations, and marketing work from a selected audience of artists, film producers, music labels, entertainment executive and other artists. LPM intends to develop a marketing campaign that will target these businesses and individuals through the use of advertisements in trade journals, musical publications, and through word of mouth referrals. Additionally, conventions, online advertising activities, sales development and viral marketing campaigns follow carefully orchestrated strategies by marketing personnel in conjunction with marketing experts. Timely coverage of Lyve Peoples Management, LLC and its related services will be further directed through ongoing press relations, news releases and feature stories targeted at key professional artist management communities and other media outlets.
